Leads end-user IT support for the London hub, managing ticket queues, resolving technical issues, mentoring specialists, and coordinating escalations. Supports device provisioning, software deployment, inventory, conference rooms, and unified communications. Creates documentation, improves workflows through automation and AI, monitors team objectives, and participates in rotational on-call support. The role requires extensive macOS and iOS deployment experience, enterprise device management, networking, endpoint security, and collaboration with global IT teams.

Provide high-impact executive support to the CMO by managing calendar and priorities, preparing briefing materials, coordinating meetings and events, tracking action items, triaging inbound requests, and proactively solving scheduling and logistical challenges while building trusted relationships across the organization.

Provide high-quality product support to APAC customers via email and live chat, diagnose and resolve software and networking issues, document troubleshooting steps, support non-technical e-commerce and marketing questions, and help build AI-enabled workflows to improve support efficiency.
