Manage campaign and advertising product setup, quality assurance, launches, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve processes. Support internal customers, training, app testing, resource maintenance, and business-critical on-call coverage, including nights and weekends.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer: manage complex calendars and domestic/international travel, coordinate meetings and events, handle confidential information, capture meeting minutes, reconcile expenses, support special projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and other executive assistants to ensure seamless operations.
