Own and build GlossGeniuss end-to-end fraud program: design AI-powered detection and monitoring workflows, define response protocols, manage chargebacks and disputes, shape fraud tooling roadmaps, create SOPs, and partner cross-functionally to reduce fraud losses while preserving customer experience.
