Support debt settlement operations by reviewing creditor documents, contacting creditors, updating account information, processing authorization and POA requests, handling inbound/outbound creditor calls and emails, researching account servicing, and meeting accuracy and productivity metrics.

Provide empathetic phone and email support to members, assist with onboarding and account setup, answer questions, coach members, document interactions, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
