Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, iOS, networking, and business applications, escalate complex issues, and improve employee technology experience.

Manage and optimize deal desk and order-to-cash processes, supporting Sales and Account Management in quoting, approvals, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Maintain Salesforce accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, launch SKUs, process license upsells, review vendor contracts, and drive process and system improvements to increase efficiency and deal velocity.
