Lead RevOps to build a data and reporting center of excellence: manage pipeline operations, forecasting, reporting, and sales process discipline; leverage large datasets and AI to automate workflows and improve sales insights; maintain the sales tech stack; lead and develop the RevOps team and improve forecasting accuracy and data quality.

Set up and maintain client static/reference data on the Enfusion platform during onboarding and ongoing maintenance (users, fund/account/GL structures, commissions, counterparties, SSIs, reconciliation). Coordinate with global teams to ensure data quality, meet deadlines, and support multi-shift coverage.

Manage client engagement, reporting, and operational performance for financial services clients. Oversee delivery metrics, service quality, and standard operating procedures; mentor analysts; provide client training and issue resolution; collaborate with sales/support to expand service offerings and gather product feedback.

Provide first-line IT support for 700+ employees: triage help desk tickets, troubleshoot Windows and macOS hardware/software, image and deploy devices, manage accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD, support basic Exchange/M365 tasks, maintain documentation, and assist with device onboarding via Autopilot/Intune.

Own third-party interface queries and break resolution, review daily/monthly activities, investigate reconciliation issues, design interface workflows with internal and external stakeholders, and drive process improvements while strengthening client and vendor relationships.
