The Senior Producer will report to the VP of the anime production team, focusing on developing exciting stories and beautiful animations to attract new anime fans globally, while supporting team management and mentoring junior producers.

As a Senior Producer, you will co-develop and produce anime content, manage production strategies, and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities include selecting projects, building partnerships, and analyzing global trends in anime.

Manage and optimize workplace design, safety, facilities operations and vendor relationships across global offices. Lead site selection, lease negotiations, space planning, maintenance, budgets, and event support. Drive employee experience, compliance with safety regulations, emergency response, and workplace projects while partnering with PeopleOps, IT, and cross-functional teams.

Review and document new simulcast, library titles, and digital manga; assign regional content ratings and descriptors; maintain ratings databases; escalate issues; perform research and harmonize decisions with stakeholders.
