Manage and optimize workplace design, safety, facilities operations and vendor relationships across global offices. Lead site selection, lease negotiations, space planning, maintenance, budgets, and event support. Drive employee experience, compliance with safety regulations, emergency response, and workplace projects while partnering with PeopleOps, IT, and cross-functional teams.

Partner with the VP, Strategic Operations to translate strategy into action: lead strategic planning, OKRs, executive communications, dashboards, and governance. Drive cross-functional initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, support resource and budget planning, and ensure alignment and accountability across the COO organization.

Manage global product, packaging, and marketing approvals for licensed collectibles. Coordinate with licensees, licensors, and internal teams; curate artwork, track samples, maintain style guides, produce status reports, and support related projects and office logistics.

Serve as Mexico Citys onsite IT lead supporting endpoints, servers, SaaS and networking. Triage and resolve Windows/macOS and mobile issues, provision and image devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain printers/network gear and conference rooms, administer accounts and SaaS tooling, document SOPs, and coordinate with global teams to improve processes and mitigate security risks.
