Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including scoring, enrichment, routing, governance, and sales handoffs. Build real-time, automated journey operations across Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, and Cloudflare OS using APIs, webhooks, scripts, and workflow logic. Monitor data integrity, enforce SLAs, eliminate lead leakage, improve account intelligence, and partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, BizApps, Data Engineering, and BI teams to increase pipeline velocity.

The role requires knowledge of DNS and Internet operations, collaboration with lawyers and law enforcement, and participation in rotating weekend or off-hours coverage.
