Lead and scale the US Digital Assets Operations team, owning settlement execution, reconciliation (on-chain and fiat), liquidity and wallet management, controls, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Finance to build resilient, automated, and compliant institutional-grade crypto operations.

The Administrative Assistant will support the equity research team by managing schedules, documents, communications, and coordinating with other teams, while maintaining confidentiality.
