Provide desktop support for Windows and MacOS users (onsite and remote), assist with onboarding and hardware/software provisioning, maintain IT documentation and inventory, automate repetitive tasks, support datacenter BAU and projects, and deliver high-touch customer service to employees, contractors, and vendors.
