Provide on-site PC hardware and software support, OS and security patching, basic network and server installation, Active Directory account administration, root cause analysis for factory-floor computers, support Caterpillar and vendor applications, and assist with facility IT projects and integrations.

Lead IT team supporting enterprise applications and manufacturing site technology for Large Power Systems. Serve as primary IT business partner, own application portfolios, support OT/IT integration, oversee infrastructure and security practices, sponsor projects, manage vendors, and recruit and develop IT talent to ensure reliable, secure, and continuously improving systems across multiple manufacturing sites.

Provide Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Database 19c administration (multitenant, RAC, ASM), manage RHEL virtual environments, WebLogic/Fusion Middleware, ORDS, ECC, APEX, and OAM/OID SSO. Implement TLS1.2, perform EBS cloning, ADOP patching, RMAN backups, Data Guard, performance tuning, HA/DR design, and automation via Bash. Maintain full-stack security patching and Oracle OEM monitoring.
