Support and deploy the Cat SOS Services digital platform: manage data uploads, troubleshoot escalated help-desk tickets, coordinate deployments and partners, create user stories and acceptance criteria, track metrics, and assist on development and cross‑unit digital projects.

Provide technical support for Construction Industries products (Grade Control, Payload, Cat Command, Detect/Safety systems). Troubleshoot customer issues, perform root cause analysis, follow risk and quality processes, onboard new products into helpline, share feedback with internal teams, and maintain relationships with partner support personnel as escalation point.

Manage day-to-day support operations for digital marketing and customer-facing platforms, coordinate escalations across teams, monitor platform health and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, create operational documentation and training, onboard new products into support, and deliver operational reporting and governance.

Provide worldwide Tier 2/3 support for Caterpillar digital products: troubleshoot software and API issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor product performance, document and communicate resolutions, maintain knowledge base and training materials, and coordinate fixes with development and dealer teams.

Participate in a multi-year IT rotation program across software development, QA, system administration, cybersecurity, analytics, infrastructure, and client support. Gain technical foundation, product knowledge, and enterprise perspective through hands-on assignments and cross-functional exposure. Relocate to San Diego and prepare for placement in a long-term IT role.

Administer and own Apptio platform design, configuration, data inputs, integrations, and reporting. Collaborate with clients to resolve application issues, plan enhancements/conversions, track data flows, and provide analytics oversight. Lead system testing, troubleshoot technical problems, and support Technology Business Management processes to optimize IT cost transparency.

Provide Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Database 19c administration (multitenant, RAC, ASM), manage RHEL virtual environments, WebLogic/Fusion Middleware, ORDS, ECC, APEX, and OAM/OID SSO. Implement TLS1.2, perform EBS cloning, ADOP patching, RMAN backups, Data Guard, performance tuning, HA/DR design, and automation via Bash. Maintain full-stack security patching and Oracle OEM monitoring.
