Leads business operations, planning, performance management, executive decision support, and cross-functional coordination for a technology and autonomy organization. The role manages leadership operating rhythms, tracks commitments, monitors organizational performance, develops dashboards and scorecards, supports workforce and budget planning, and leads strategic initiatives. It partners with Finance, HR, Product Management, Engineering, and PMO teams to improve organizational effectiveness and enable leadership execution.

Participate in a multi-year IT rotation program across software development, QA, system administration, cybersecurity, analytics, infrastructure, and client support. Gain technical foundation, product knowledge, and enterprise perspective through hands-on assignments and cross-functional exposure. Relocate to San Diego and prepare for placement in a long-term IT role.

Provide Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Database 19c administration (multitenant, RAC, ASM), manage RHEL virtual environments, WebLogic/Fusion Middleware, ORDS, ECC, APEX, and OAM/OID SSO. Implement TLS1.2, perform EBS cloning, ADOP patching, RMAN backups, Data Guard, performance tuning, HA/DR design, and automation via Bash. Maintain full-stack security patching and Oracle OEM monitoring.
