Provide functional and technical support for global HR and Finance enterprise applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage integrations, support implementations and upgrades, create documentation, and work with stakeholders and vendors to improve system functionality and user experience. Serve users across regions and time zones, with fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.

Handle exceptions in automated confirmation generation, support improvements to STP rates, manage confirms operations tasks, and work with confirms templates (Thunderhead experience a plus).

Provide subject matter expertise on third party risk for a major banking transformation: shape policy, governance, and operating model design; validate requirements; advise senior stakeholders; ensure regulatory alignment and industry best practice for supplier governance in a regulated environment.
