Partner with sales, finance, marketing, enablement, deal desk, technology, and business intelligence teams to improve processes and productivity. Define and implement AI use cases across go-to-market workflows while driving cross-functional initiatives and scalable operating systems.

Leads Benchling’s enterprise applications function, owning the SaaS portfolio, architecture, integrations, platform lifecycle, and vendor strategy. Oversees revenue and finance systems programs, including quote-to-cash, pricing, packaging, and billing. Drives automation, AI adoption, self-service, audit-ready SOX controls, and measurable operational efficiency. Partners with Finance, Sales, RevOps, People, Legal, and CX leaders while developing the applications team and contractor bench.

Provide first-line product support for Benchling users by troubleshooting tickets across web, chat, and email; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues; document product knowledge; deliver occasional trainings and run internal support projects to improve customer experience.
