Build and configure servers/workstations, install COTS/GOTS software, ensure IAVM/STIG compliance, perform backups and recovery, troubleshoot hardware/software, document systems, and recommend purchases. May mentor junior staff.

Entry-level administrator for the JAMA requirements-management environment supporting engineering and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include high-volume data entry and QA, traceability and audit report generation, integrations with PLM/ALM tools, lightweight automation scripting, configuration-management support (builds, baselines, version control), user support and documentation, and assistance with CM audits and legacy environment maintenance.

The Technical Editor reviews and refines written products for clarity and adherence to standards, collaborating with authors to improve documents and ensure compliance.

Maintain and remediate Windows Server and workstation security in isolated environments: apply patches and STIGs, remediate vulnerabilities using Tenable/SCAP, support VDI/VMware, use SCCM/MECM occasionally, administer Group Policy, troubleshoot Windows stability and application services, and collaborate with security, customers, and teams while working on-site full time.
