Maintain and support Windows and RHEL systems, VMware/virtualized environments, servers, storage, networking, and TMPC software in a classified development/integration test environment. Perform cybersecurity tasks to maintain compliance with DoD/BAE information security requirements; provide on-site hardware support, after-hours incident response, and occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel for installs and testing.

Provide help-desk level system administration and end-user support for customers at Hill AFB. Resolve technical and access issues, use automation and scripts to improve workflows, develop user training and documentation, and coordinate with internal/external organizations. Maintain required certifications and an active Top Secret clearance.

Manage and secure high-performance, air-gapped server and desktop environments. Configure and sustain Windows and Linux systems, virtualization, and Active Directory; perform vulnerability assessments, incident troubleshooting, and technical documentation to support critical defense missions.

Provide frontline help-desk support: resolve end-user technical issues, process access requests, deploy and document solutions, use automation/scripts to improve efficiency, and train users. Support internal and external customers and perform other assigned IT support tasks at Hill AFB.

Manage and track program/government assets through manual inventory and electronic systems, maintain asset pedigree and reporting, support audits and Government Property coordination, and document metrics to inform future support needs.

Manage enterprise incident lifecycle for multi-classification WAN/LAN networks: analyze trends and root causes, produce reports, facilitate postmortems and technical meetings, assign and track incidents in an ITSM tool, escalate and own major incidents, create knowledge articles, and verify service restorations.

Manage and secure classified closed-area IT infrastructure: Active Directory administration, desktop support, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), monthly patching and STIG compliance, DNS/DHCP and domain health, logging and incident response, documentation, change management, and support for RMF accreditation and audits in a Top Secret environment.

Provide advanced Windows and VMware systems administration: install, maintain, patch, and monitor servers and workstations; troubleshoot networking and OS issues; manage Active Directory and security hygiene; support engineering applications; document processes and collaborate with security, management, and internal customers to ensure operational excellence.

Lead administration and support of multi-vendor enterprise storage arrays (Dell, HP), ensure secure storage operations, perform SAN zoning, LUN provisioning, backups/restores, migrations, firmware/patch maintenance, and on-call/after-hours maintenance while collaborating with security, engineering, and customers to maintain operational excellence.

Support classified closed-area information systems: configure and maintain servers, workstations, AD, Group Policy, DHCP/DNS, backups, NAS, and VMware ESXi. Manage endpoint security (Trellix/ePO), file shares, authentication, and lab infrastructure. Implement hardening and patching, assist customers, respond to occasional off-hours outages, and work with facility security. Requires active DoD clearance and CompTIA Security+.
