Maintain and publish weekly contact-center schedules, align short-term forecasts to volume, update agent/team records, produce WFM performance reports, manage shift bids, analyze time-off allotments, support WFM coordinators, and liaise with supervisors and leadership to ensure coverage and staffing accuracy.

Support the Creative Production team by preparing, maintaining, and operating camera equipment for shoots. Duties include camera setup/breakdown, media and battery management, lens changes, equipment troubleshooting, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and ensuring gear is shoot-ready and properly stored. Provide on-set technical support and assist with equipment transport and quality control.

Maintain and improve agent-facing content for Golden Pet Brands, including the Knowledge Base, macros, SOPs, and training materials. Partner with Support Ops, QA, Training, and Escalations to keep content accurate, govern content cycles, address gaps from QA/CSAT, and translate CX priorities into clear agent enablement that drives retention and resolution.
