Provides proactive executive support through calendar, scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, communications, and follow-through. Owns day-to-day office and studio operations, including vendors, supplies, equipment, technology, logistics, and buildout coordination. Creates workflows, documentation, and systems; uses AI and automation to reduce manual work; tracks decisions and commitments; and independently resolves operational issues while escalating appropriately.

Lead and scale helpdesk operations: provide tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot endpoints and collaboration platforms, own SLAs/KPIs, develop SOPs and runbooks, recruit and manage technicians, and drive process improvement with occasional on-site and domestic travel.

Lead daily IT infrastructure operations and provide hands-on technical leadership for cloud, network, server, endpoint, identity, backup/disaster recovery, and vendor management. Design and manage Microsoft 365/Entra/Intune/Azure and on-prem virtualized systems, improve incident response and patching, support compliance initiatives, provide senior escalation and remote/on-site support, and oversee asset lifecycle and IT procurement.
