Manage collection, tracking, filing, and distribution of project documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain electronic and hard-file systems, prepare reports and presentations, input daily project data, archive records, and support construction management with monthly reporting and procedural documentation.

Lead analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes; gather requirements, support system selection and implementation, manage testing and data migration, develop reports/dashboards (Power BI), provide user support, and drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
