Administers Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, endpoint management, device deployments, patching, and security. Performs root-cause analysis, supports business applications, mentors Tier 1 staff, maintains documentation and runbooks, coordinates vendor resolutions, analyzes ticket trends, and contributes to IT projects and process improvements.
