Provides post-sale L1/L2 technical support for web services and cloud applications, including installation, troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance, and P1/P2 escalation management. Partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to resolve complex issues, recommend configuration improvements, communicate solutions, and drive continuous service improvements. The role also represents customer feedback internally and contributes to team knowledge sharing.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for HERE products: debug customer issues, run technical consulting, support RFQs, liaise with sales/product teams, deliver training, and represent customer feedback internally and externally.
