The role requires strong project management, systems implementation, process design, AI workflow experience, and comfort solving ambiguous problems without a predefined playbook.

Manage Deal Desk operations across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including CPQ administration, quoting, pricing validation, approvals, product configuration, exception management, and data integrity across CPQ, CRM, and billing systems. Build KPI reporting, support renewals and expansions, document processes, and partner cross-functionally to automate workflows and improve deal execution.
