Own virtual fencing as the Tier 3 escalation domain: diagnose complex issues using animal behaviour data, escalate only well‑evidenced cases to Guidance Ops, resolve hardest cases alongside Guidance Ops, run on‑farm investigations, build Tier 2 capability with playbooks and training, and close feedback loops to improve product and operations.
