Lead and manage the derivatives operations function, overseeing futures/options clearing, trade allocation, physical delivery, exception management, controls, and process improvements. Drive risk management, regulatory readiness, automation, metrics-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and team development in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.

Manage equity clearing operations including client queries, trade lifecycle reviews, process inspections, and identifying operational risk and efficiency improvements. Develop process documentation, investigate new products, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while working a rotating coverage schedule and hybrid onsite schedule.
