Process inbound cash and asset transfer requests for retirement accounts: review documentation, submit requests to custodians, track status, communicate updates to investors, support account maintenance and onboarding teams, research delays, and assist with operational projects.

In-office role responsible for sorting, scanning, filing, and routing incoming mail and original documents. Monitor Zendesk requests, perform batch scanning/indexing (Laserfiche), maintain hard-copy files, assist with mailroom duties, use client lookup databases, and support special projects. Requires repetitive computer use and light physical tasks.
