The Manager IL6S ensures external manufacturing partners adhere to IL6S standards, leads continuous improvement initiatives, designs Power BI dashboards, and facilitates performance governance.

The internship involves 12 months of training across various manufacturing roles, focusing on quality, safety, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Provide on-site IT infrastructure support and vendor oversight, ensure SLAs, assist global/regional initiatives, execute infrastructure setups (networks, EUC, telephony, videoconference), build Power BI dashboards, support digital transformation, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.

Lead and manage onsite IT services across SEA, overseeing infrastructure (networks, hosting, EUC, telephony, conferencing), vendor governance, service delivery, budgets, KPIs/SLAs, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement programs.

Lead and coordinate local IT infrastructure service delivery and vendors (networks, hosting, EUC, telephony, conferencing). Manage contracts and SLAs, implement global/regional initiatives, drive digital transformation projects using agile methods, build Power BI dashboards, and align resources across global, regional and local teams.

Provide on-site IT technical support and vendor oversight for infrastructure setups (networks, hosting, endpoints, printing, voice). Ensure delivery of enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements with strong customer focus and cross-team collaboration.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for TA systems, triage and resolve defects, configure and test low-complexity changes, produce release testing evidence, maintain configuration documentation, assess impact of system changes, support access and user issues, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement within shared services.

Own end-to-end IT employee experience quality across channels. Develop service quality strategy, establish QA processes and scorecards, audit third-party providers, govern vendors, configure service management tools, and drive continual service improvement across AI-assisted, self-service, chat, phone and ticket channels.

Specialist role in shared service operations ensuring SLAs are met. Develop and maintain SOPs, contribute to training, ensure data protection compliance, analyze exceptions, recommend process improvements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
