Provides bilingual customer support through phone, email, and chat. Resolves inquiries and complaints, documents interactions, escalates priority issues, provides product information, follows up on resolutions, and collaborates on service improvements. The role also leads team projects, meets performance metrics, and maintains current knowledge of company products and policies in a hybrid work environment.

Supports office and retail leasing teams with transaction coordination, leasing documentation, approvals, pipeline and database maintenance, reporting, scheduling, travel logistics, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates tenant tours, conferences, meetings, marketing materials, and follow-up activities while helping improve leasing processes and workflows. Works with Legal, Asset Management, Construction, Marketing, Property Management, and Leasing Operations.

Manage the full lifecycle of REO properties, including occupancy, preservation, valuation, marketing, offers, negotiation, and closing. Oversee vendors, real estate agents, repairs, timelines, investor guidelines, and client reporting across a 150–200 asset portfolio. Analyze performance and loss projections, resolve title and compliance issues, conduct property inspections, and coordinate internal teams to maximize recovery and minimize disposition timelines.

Supports Legal Operations by improving matter management data, standardizing records, organizing legal spend information, and enhancing reporting accuracy. Uses AI tools such as Claude to identify inconsistencies and reduce manual data entry. Assists with law firm rate reviews, stakeholder coordination, workflow improvements, process documentation, legal vendor coordination, and data mapping across systems and templates.

Administers and continuously improves Salesforce and related business applications. Responsibilities include user and security administration, configuration, workflow and flow troubleshooting, requirements gathering, documentation, application support, testing, deployment, training, and enhancement planning. The role partners with stakeholders and vendors to translate business needs into scalable solutions supporting leasing, legal, development, construction, property management, and operational functions.

Monitor and optimize outbound dialer campaigns, inbound and blended applications, calling strategies, filters, and performance metrics. Analyze campaign results and collection trends, produce daily reports, troubleshoot production issues, maintain Avaya Dialer systems, and recommend process improvements. Support multiple call centers by tracking KPIs, adjusting dialer settings, and communicating operational insights.

Provides enterprise technology support for Windows and macOS systems, hardware, peripherals, software, and communication tools. Handles service requests, prioritizes and documents incidents, troubleshoots issues, escalates unresolved problems, installs and configures systems, manages technology inventory, maintains knowledge-base documentation, tests fixes, and conducts follow-ups. The role also supports technology research, vendor coordination, project work, on-call coverage, and occasional travel. Provide administrative and analytical support by attending meetings and trainings, taking notes, creating presentations, delivering reports, analyzing metrics, and contributing ideas to improve team operations.
