Manage end-to-end trafficking and technical execution of digital media campaigns using CM360 and related ad tech. Implement and QA tags, tracking, and third-party verification, monitor delivery, troubleshoot discrepancies, create cross-channel reports and dashboards, and act as the technical client contact to align account architecture and measurement.

Lead and grow a small, high-velocity product design team as a player-coach, setting design strategy and vision for AI-first enterprise marketing workflows. Maintain visual and interaction design quality, extend the design system, prototype and ship production-ready code using AI-native tools, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmaps, and hire, mentor, and scale the design organization.
