Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects. Build and maintain customer relationships, develop creative sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, use a sales automation system for reporting, and meet revenue quotas. May require off-hours work during upgrade cycles.

Support PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger upgrade and implementation: analyze requirements, document complex system processes, facilitate SME meetings, develop test scenarios/scripts, perform end-to-end testing across multiple cycles, prepare training materials, and present deliverables to stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication required.
