The Territory Manager will develop strategies for market entry, build relationships with referral sources, and manage outreach efforts in the community to facilitate access to mental health treatment.

Provide administrative support to the audit department: compose correspondence, manage confidential client records and electronic databases, schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, arrange travel, perform general office duties, and follow internal quality-control processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Manage inbound and outbound sales to generate and qualify leads, recommend products based on customer needs, build pipeline, close deals to meet quotas, maintain prospect database, and develop relationships with decision-makers.

Maintain accurate general ledger entries, post and reconcile daily cash/check/credit deposits, bank accounts, floorplan and manufacturer statements. Post and reconcile vehicle deals, commissions, incentives, A/P and A/R. Support month-end and year-end close, prepare sales and payroll tax filings, assist audits and manufacturer reporting, and support Controller and department managers on financial accuracy and special projects.

Outside sales representative responsible for prospecting and expanding client relationships for print, signage, and branding solutions. Meet monthly sales targets, deliver consultative presentations and proposals, collaborate with internal teams and marketing, attend events, and provide ongoing post-sale account management to drive repeat business.

Sell medical supplies to physician offices and alternate-site providers across an assigned territory. Build relationships, cold-call daily, present products with manufacturers, prepare quotations, maintain territory plans, train on products, and grow a residual customer base while meeting quota and developing long-term customer relationships.

Provide world-class guest service by greeting customers, recommending and locating merchandise, sharing product knowledge, supporting store marketing and events, participating in store meetings, and helping the team meet sales and service goals. Perform physical store tasks and other duties as needed.
