Builds and audits complex financial models, evaluates capital structures, supports transactions, manages due diligence and external advisors, and partners with legal, accounting, banking, tax equity, and project teams. Also manages junior professionals and advises senior leadership on investment strategy and business innovation.

Provides civil legal advice, brief services, referrals, and support to low-income and vulnerable clients through a legal helpline. Conducts eligibility screening, consultations, legal research, issue analysis, and prepares pleadings and letters for pro se litigants. Maintains case records, uses legal and client-service technology, collaborates with community partners, and participates in continuing education and organizational activities.

Owns pricing and revenue optimization across a nationwide furnished-apartment portfolio. Develops dynamic pricing strategies, enhances machine learning models, analyzes elasticity and occupancy forecasts, builds performance dashboards, integrates external market data, and evaluates channel mix and ROAS tradeoffs. Partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations while presenting pricing and investment recommendations to senior leadership.

Produces routine video, audio, live-event, and digital-media projects from intake through delivery. Responsibilities include planning, filming, editing, captioning, graphics, streaming, quality control, accessibility, file management, equipment stewardship, client communication, and task-level coordination of production assistants. The role supports academic, institutional, partner, and event media while following branding, rights, safety, and workflow standards. Occasional evening, weekend, and travel commitments are required.
