The Growth Manager will develop territory plans, generate leads, sell IT solutions, and build client relationships in the AEC market across the Southern U.S.

Serve as the IT liaison and planning lead for business partners, managing demand, roadmaps, and IT-business alignment. Translate business needs into IT projects, support budgeting, change management, vendor delivery, and ensure realized business benefits.

Provide first-line remote and onsite technical support: troubleshoot networking, AD, Microsoft 365, email, endpoints (Windows/macOS); perform PC imaging/deployments, data center walkthroughs, escalate incidents, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.
