Supports healthcare IT projects by applying clinical pharmacy, medication safety, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic expertise to clinical application systems. Builds medication decision support alerts, standardizes pharmacy processes, coordinates implementation and training, and bridges facility pharmacy operations with application development. Requires a Tennessee-licensed pharmacist, hospital experience in management or a super-user role, and local travel.

Supervises healthcare application implementation, maintenance, upgrades, user access, technical support, training, and vendor coordination. Leads application staff, manages performance and hiring, evaluates project scope and resources, develops project plans and schedules, monitors progress, and resolves application issues. Ensures application environments are functional, secure, standardized, and aligned with user requirements. Local travel is required.

Support and maintain POS platforms (Galaxy, Infogenesis, Eatec, Yellowdog); troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; configure terminals, menus, pricing and access; manage integrations, deployments, patches, reporting and documentation; provide end-user training and vendor coordination; ensure security compliance and participate in on-call/after-hours support.
