Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure database and software security. Interprets DoD cybersecurity policy, evaluates organizational compliance reporting, communicates posture to senior leadership, and mentors or supervises team members. Requires TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor's degree with 10+ years of compliance analysis experience.

Lead and administer the organization's cybersecurity program per DoD standards. Develop strategies, policies, budgets, and risk assessments. Manage and secure integrated and dispersed networks, promote cybersecurity awareness, and oversee a distributed workforce. Ensure compliance and perform other assigned duties.

Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, cloud, and networks. Administer security tools (EDR/XDR, SIEM, Azure Sentinel, PIM/PAM), tune detections, support incident containment and remediation, assist threat hunting and playbook development, and help maintain compliance with CMMC/NIST/DFARS while documenting investigations and collaborating with IT and engineering teams.
