The Compensation Operations Manager leads compensation program execution, optimizes processes, and enhances managerial and employee experiences in a global setting.

The LDP Facilitator designs and delivers training for leadership development, mentors participants, and ensures program alignment with organizational goals.

Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers across a 220+ multi-state workforce. Manage employee relations, investigations, workers' comp, recruiting operations, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, compliance with multi-state employment laws, and continuous HR process improvement. Partner with the Director on complex matters and support retail locations.
