Lead design and delivery of a strategic learning curriculum for wealth advisors and client service staff, driving AI and platform adoption, stakeholder advocacy, process improvement, and M&A integration training. Build AI prompt guides and playbooks, measure adoption, partner with Technology/Product/Compliance, and present recommendations to leadership to improve workflows and enable faster ramp of acquired teams.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and branch exams; identify trends, document workpapers, track remediation action plans, assist policy development, and report to Compliance leadership while staying current on regulatory developments.

The Mongo Database Engineer will design and implement database solutions, enhance security, lead automation processes, and optimize database structures, contributing to national security initiatives.

Provide technical application engineering support to outside sales; design and size electronic controls and mechatronic solutions (pneumatics, motion control, six-axis robots, vision); develop system specs, scope of work, costing and proposals; train customers and sales teams; maintain partner product expertise and deliver real-time technical support. Role includes travel and collaboration with factory partners.
