The Sales Project Manager oversees the quotation process and ensures effective integration of new business into manufacturing while maintaining customer relations and meeting expectations.

Manage local driver recruiting and onboarding for final-mile auto parts delivery. Conduct phone and in-person interviews, collect compliance documents, maintain candidate pipeline and logs, coordinate with regional director, visit retail locations, perform driver ride-alongs, and ensure drivers are active on the dispatch board. Requires daily local travel.

Lead federal business development efforts by engaging stakeholders, prospecting and managing pipeline, preparing RFP/RFI responses, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to win and grow federal contracts.

Develop and execute integrated communications, PR, and content (photo/video/written) strategies to support enrollment and fundraising. Manage vendors, press list, and digital partners; capture event content (3–5 nights/weekend events monthly); advise senior leaders and craft donor-facing communications, reports, and collateral. Provide basic graphic design support and ensure consistent branding across channels. In-person role with occasional hybrid days.
