Leads engineering, process optimization, automation, continuous improvement, and capital projects at a paper mill. Oversees Controls and Process/Project Engineers while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS. Responsibilities include improving machine efficiency, throughput, reliability, cost, and product consistency; optimizing DCS and PLC systems; managing capital projects; analyzing process data; and developing technical talent.

Lead and maintain detailed schedules for hyperscale data center construction using Primavera P6. Participate in an up-to-18-month landfill operations training program to learn safety, environmental compliance, heavy equipment operation and maintenance, personnel management, landfill design/construction, leachate and gas management, community relations, finance/scale operations, and sales interactions. Complete curriculum, attend group training, perform hands-on projects, mentor participation, and occasional interim management assignments to develop into Operations or District Manager roles.

Provides project controls and CPM scheduling support for vertical construction projects, including baseline schedule development, progress updates, critical path analysis, cost and resource reporting, risk evaluation, KPI development, site progress validation, and monthly reporting. Collaborates with project managers, contractors, owners, and stakeholders to identify schedule issues, recommend corrective actions, and communicate project status. Requires experience with data centers, large construction projects, construction documents, and Primavera P6.

Develop and manage a sales pipeline for precast concrete forming systems and accessories in the Northeast. Build customer relationships, present solutions, coordinate with internal teams, track activity in Salesforce, attend trade shows, and meet revenue, margin, and growth targets while traveling throughout the territory.

Leads external public relations and internal communications, including media relations, thought leadership, employee messaging, content planning, governance, and performance measurement. Develops press releases, articles, case studies, blogs, digital signage, print materials, briefings, and intranet content. Builds relationships with journalists and internal stakeholders, translates technical topics into engaging stories, coaches subject matter experts, and ensures communications reinforce brand consistency and a safety-first culture.

Leads external public relations and internal communications, including media relations, thought leadership, employee messaging, content planning, and communications measurement. Creates multi-format content, builds journalist and internal stakeholder relationships, translates technical information into engaging stories, supports organizational change communications, and manages brand standards, calendars, goals, and performance metrics.

Leads applied material science innovation for fresh food packaging, advancing technologies from proof of concept through validation, scale-up, and commercialization. Manages material scientists, engineers, and lab technicians while guiding formulation development, experimental design, data analysis, technical validation, supplier investigations, and technology roadmaps. Partners with marketing, product management, operations, quality, procurement, and project management to ensure manufacturability, commercial relevance, and successful product launches.

Serve as primary customer contact through the collision repair process: greet customers, collect accident and vehicle details, coordinate with estimators, manage scheduling and sublets, verify insurance/rental coverage, track parts/invoices, perform final quality checks, assist with insurance approvals and accounts receivable, and provide status updates to ensure timely, accurate repairs and excellent customer service.
