Lead architecture and development of Beacon's centralized Datastore, designing scalable data models, event-driven pipelines, and APIs. Coach engineers, draft RFCs, set platform standards, and collaborate with product and scientific teams to ensure data integrity, maintainability, and operational reliability for clinical-grade brain and physiological data.

Build and prototype AI-native web and mobile interfaces, translating design into production-quality React/TypeScript code. Create interaction-heavy prototypes, reusable UI components, and frontend architecture; address usability, performance, animation, state management, and AI supervision/feedback patterns. Collaborate with product, design, and ML teams to validate and ship new HCI interaction models.

Build and maintain scalable backend systems and data pipelines for healthcare workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to automate provider and patient workflows, prototype features, ship production-ready code, and ensure systems are maintainable and scalable.

Work with the development team to build and debug web applications: write Python backend code, create responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript frontends, integrate frontend and backend, participate in code reviews and testing, learn frameworks and document progress.
