Lead and scale integrated demand generation across multiple portfolio companies. Own the Customer Workflows domain end-to-end: employer/recruiter portals, business service and agentic workflows, and agentic AI use cases. Drive AI-native prototyping, discovery, roadmap, technical scoping, evaluation frameworks, and cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Data, Sales, and CS to produce scalable, data-informed product outcomes.

Build and manage a mid-market sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and consultative selling. Own deals from discovery to close, communicate ROI to decision-makers, track activity in CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, and consistently meet pipeline and revenue targets while developing industry expertise.

Provide front-office administrative support for FAA: answer phones, schedule meetings, manage calendars, support virtual meetings, draft/formatted correspondence, update SharePoint, arrange travel via E2, assist with timesheet review in CASTLE, and perform routine clerical tasks and report generation.

Provide research support and program evaluation for public health projects: analyze mixed-methods data, produce reports, link implementation measures to outcomes, and advise stakeholders. Use BI and qualitative tools, manage administrative/government systems, and communicate findings to high-level officials.

Own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales enablement for product launches to drive new-customer revenue. Partner with sales and demand generation, build competitive intelligence and persona-led positioning, use customer and sales data to refine messaging, and measure impact on pipeline and conversion.
