The Senior Manager of Search Marketing will lead Hometap's paid search strategy, managing a $10-30M budget, optimizing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition through data-driven decisions and collaboration across teams.

Lead and elevate Hometap's creative vision across campaigns and channels. Manage and mentor an in-house creative team, oversee production and external vendors, refine processes, align creative to business goals, and drive performance through testing and best practices.
