Supports AlertMedia’s organic social media program for 20 hours per week by creating graphics and short-form videos, repurposing marketing content, drafting captions, scheduling and publishing posts, maintaining the social calendar and Linktree, monitoring community channels, responding to engagement, researching audience topics, and preparing social performance reports. The role requires strong organization, copywriting, platform knowledge, and attention to detail.

Manage end-to-end email and event campaign execution in Marketo and Salesforce, maintain campaign infrastructure and data hygiene, troubleshoot tracking and deliverability, support webinars/events, pull campaign reporting and insights, document processes, and pilot automation and AI-assisted workflows to scale marketing operations.
