Collaborate with engineering and senior designers, iterate rapidly, bring strong visual craft, and take ownership of work through execution across a lean, multidisciplinary team.

Develop and qualify aerospace suppliers delivering flight-quality hardware. Lead supplier audits, capability and risk assessments, first article inspections, quality programs, lean initiatives, corrective actions, and dual-source strategies. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams to align supplier readiness with milestones. The role requires technical drawing and GD&T expertise, aerospace quality and export compliance knowledge, data-driven performance management, and 30–50% travel to supplier sites near Denver or Colorado Springs.

Build and own a browser-based React and three.js rendering layer for 3D mission data, including spacecraft, orbits, sensor volumes, telemetry, and common operating picture controls. Develop polished front-end interactions, optimize real-time rendering performance, manage 3D scenes, shaders, lighting, cameras, and level of detail, and rapidly prototype visual concepts. Collaborate with data and platform engineers while contributing to data visualization and standard front-end development.

Owns end-to-end government and industrial security program management, including ATO/RMF schedules, compliance artifacts, remediation tracking, cross-functional coordination, capacity planning, risk reporting, and executive communication. Partners with security engineering, GRC, IT, and mission teams to keep regulated workloads compliant and mission-ready. The role requires strong technical program management, federal security experience, Jira and Confluence fluency, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a security clearance.

Leads and develops a team of autonomy engineers building multi-agent resource allocation, planning, coordination, and edge AI systems for spacecraft. Provides technical oversight on optimization, reinforcement learning, validation, architecture, and constrained real-time deployment. Owns team roadmaps, delivery, cross-functional dependencies, process improvement, and stakeholder communication while managing hiring, performance, career development, and team culture. The role bridges autonomy expertise with spacecraft constraints including compute, latency, power, and communication limitations.

As a Mechanical CAD Drafter, you will create precise drawings for spacecraft components, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and collaborating with engineering teams for documentation and quality assurance.
