Coordinate the scheduling and approval process from the initial request for surgery to patient placement. Collaborate with providers, clinics, and facilities to resolve issues.

Evaluates work requests, develops job scope, estimates labor hours and materials, maintains work order backlog, conducts planning meetings, creates technician schedule, improves planning effectiveness, maintains records, and trains employees on CMMS.
