Who You Are

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of SEO to lead our organic search efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, web development, and analytics, to achieve our business goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop and Execute SEO Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive organic growth.
• Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform content strategy.
• On-Page Optimization: Oversee on-page SEO efforts, including content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and schema markup to improve search engine rankings.
• Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website architecture, page speed, and technical elements are optimized for search engines.
• Content Strategy: Partner with content creators to develop and optimize high-quality content that meets SEO guidelines and enhances user experience.
• Link Building: The Senior Manager of SEO will manage and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
• SEO Tools & Technologies: Utilize industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance, identify issues, and optimize strategies.
• Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• The Senior Manager of SEO should have 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful SEO strategies.
• The Senior Manager of SEO must have deep knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
