Temporary 4–6 month role supporting corporate and regulatory legal work for a multi-state cannabis company. Responsibilities include entity formation and management, M&A due diligence support, contract review and negotiation, state regulatory filings, corporate governance, legal research, and assisting senior attorneys. Part-time legal research intern to read and analyze judicial opinions, verify AI-extracted outputs against source materials, identify errors or edge cases, and collaborate with legal researchers and ML engineers. 10–20 hours/week; ideal for 2L or 3L law students.

Senior in-house attorney advising on federal and state mortgage lending and financial services regulations; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; supporting underwriting and technology initiatives; directing default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and REO processes; managing outside counsel and third-party servicers; collaborating on securitizations, loan sales, and financings; and supporting board governance and entity management while partnering with cross-functional business leaders.
