Develop integrations between collaboration tools and identity platforms, implement observability, improve onboarding/offboarding workflows, and collaborate with IT, Security, and People teams to embed secure, scalable automation. Participate in pilots for LLMs/agents and contribute to documentation, code review, and reusable integration libraries.

Lead and execute end-to-end infrastructure strategy and operations across all products and the SSP. Design, build, and operate production-grade OpenStack platforms including compute (Nova), networking (Neutron), and Ceph storage. Implement HA, capacity planning, virtualization tuning, SDN integrations, automation (Ansible/Terraform), Kubernetes-based control planes, bare-metal provisioning (Ironic), observability, upgrades, and on-call/night-shift support.

Support and improve production SaaS infrastructure across AWS, colocation, and hosted platforms. Administer Windows and Linux systems, virtualization, storage, networking, and database support. Lead incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, monitoring improvements, vulnerability remediation, automation initiatives, and medium-sized infrastructure projects. Collaborate on compliance (SOX/PCI/HIPAA), disaster recovery, and documentation to increase operational reliability.

Lead and modernize global, cloud-native rental platforms; own architecture, platform reliability, and delivery. Manage and grow distributed engineering teams, drive standards (APIs, microservices, containers), ensure security/compliance, and collaborate with Product and Operations to deliver scalable, resilient systems.
