The Lead Technology Engineer will lead IT systems implementation, ensure network security, manage integrations, and enhance operational efficiency through automation.

Own and operate the data plane: develop Envoy/WASM filters for deep packet inspection, deploy and manage EKS workloads with Helm/GitOps and CI/CD, integrate Redis sidecars, provide observability (Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry), ensure reliable audit log streaming, and author ADRs as the data plane evolves.

Architect and build large-scale cloud-distributed backend systems and data pipelines. Design and maintain REST/gRPC APIs and scalable microservices on AWS using Kubernetes. Lead technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, ensure reliability, observability, security, and support both legacy and new cloud architectures for high-scale connectivity services.

Design, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. Own IaC (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell) and CI/CD pipelines, integrate source control and automated testing/security, implement governance and hybrid cloud solutions, deploy generative AI services, monitor performance, support disaster recovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud platforms.

Support and improve internal technology infrastructure by troubleshooting applications, servers, networks, and databases; building automations and integrations; managing SQL, cloud infrastructure, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and version control; improving system reliability and scalability; collaborating with teams; documenting procedures; and applying security best practices.

Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cloud strategies; optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and security; integrate cloud solutions with existing systems; evaluate emerging cloud technologies; ensure compliance with industry standards; and drive cloud service innovation to improve healthcare delivery.

Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize global network infrastructure across datacenters and telco partners. Diagnose complex network incidents, drive root-cause analysis, implement long-term fixes, document configurations and procedures, coordinate cross-team remediation, and support network architecture, routing, and peering for LAN/WAN/wireless environments.

Design and build scalable backend systems, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Own CI/CD, containerization, databases, and reliability; collaborate with tech leads to deliver secure, production-grade solutions for startups in a fully remote environment.

Provide technical delivery leadership for clients, support team development, manage project milestones, and create reusable assets for infrastructure delivery.
