Provide legal advice on securities and corporate governance for a public company: prepare SEC reports and board materials, manage Section 16 and shareholder matters, support capital markets transactions, maintain corporate records and compliance, oversee legal tech platforms, perform legal research, and develop company policies to mitigate industry and regulatory risks.
