Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, pleadings, and motions. Advise claims representatives and insured clients, evaluate risks, facilitate settlements, maintain accurate documentation, use e-discovery and case management tools, and collaborate with senior counsel and remote teams while ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.

Review and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, licenses, and contract terms; analyze FAR/DFARS requirements; monitor milestones, CDRLs, and deliveries; coordinate invoices and funding; track government-furnished property; maintain records; and support contract closeout while collaborating with government, prime contractor, technical, finance, and internal teams.

Manage the full lifecycle of complex government and commercial agreements, including FAR Part 12 contracts, OTAs, prime contracts, subcontracts, licensing agreements, teaming agreements, NDAs, OCI matters, and GSA contracts. Responsibilities include negotiation, compliance, risk mitigation, contract administration, stakeholder advising, audit support, process improvement, and monitoring regulatory developments.

Negotiate complex enterprise AI SaaS agreements and provide commercial legal support to sales, marketing, channel, and customer success teams. Advise on privacy, security, and AI regulatory matters; collaborate with Product Legal; improve contracting processes; and develop templates and playbooks. The role requires strategic judgment, strong negotiation and drafting skills, practical business advice, and the ability to support revenue-generating functions in a rapidly growing technology company.

Counsel DigitalOcean on datacenter and infrastructure transactions, including leasing, colocation, design/build, operations and maintenance, and procurement agreements for compute and power equipment. Negotiate contracts, advise on risk allocation and supplier performance, support international expansion, collaborate with procurement, engineering, finance, tax, and compliance teams, and create scalable contracting tools such as templates, playbooks, and approval matrices.

Advise ZS stakeholders and project teams on U.S. healthcare regulatory matters, including HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, Stark, False Claims Act, and FDA requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate regulatory provisions in services, vendor, and licensing agreements; evaluate legal and compliance risks; investigate and resolve legal issues; and recommend actions for proposed services. The role requires collaboration with commercial attorneys, compliance professionals, business leaders, and client teams.
