Serve as primary client liaison managing $3M+ accounts. Lead national partnership strategy and relationship-building with hotel brands, ownership groups, CVBs, and industry organizations. Drive partnership-sourced revenue, support sales pipeline, represent the company at events, collaborate cross-functionally, track performance in Salesforce, and provide market intelligence to inform expansion and growth.

Support development and execution of revenue-generation and marketing strategies for the shopping center. Identify and sell sponsorship and media opportunities, prospect clients, manage sponsorship/event contracts and reporting, track inventory and center performance, produce local collateral, coordinate tenant/partner meetings, assist tenant communications, and participate in Manager on Duty rotation.

Support plant operations and capital projects by identifying and implementing process improvements, managing small capital projects, developing process documentation (P&IDs, material balances, equipment and instrument datasheets), participating in PHA/MOC/incident investigations, and providing technical support to resolve operational issues while promoting safety and efficiency.

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by increasing revenue, margin, and order size through outbound calls, relationship building, product knowledge, and CRM tracking. Add new customers, convert business from competitors, promote ADI resources, and support in-store, phone, and online sales to meet targets.
