Responsible for supplier quality for automotive seating systems, ensuring supplier performance, quality assurance, validation, and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet product and process standards.

Senior individual-contributor responsible for enterprise service quality strategy and governance across Cox Fleet internal operations. Support commercial customers with product selection, order management, billing, deliveries, and returns. Generate new business via outbound and in-person outreach, conduct account visits, manage inventory and vehicle safety, handle cash procedures, and lead the commercial team in the manager's absence while promoting a safe, compliant work environment.

Manage administrative account operations for commercial/dealer partners including invoicing, A/R, payment processing, inventory monitoring, sale preparation, transaction reconciliation, data entry, sales support, and compliance, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Sell dealership financing and insurance products to customers; review credit applications; present service contracts; ensure deal documentation and compliance; maintain AFIP certification, CSI standards, and coordinate with lenders and sales team.
