Own day-to-day administration of global benefits programs including enrollments, billing reconciliation, open enrollment, vendor and broker management, and benefits system implementation. Provide employee support and orientations, maintain local benefit documentation, coordinate leaves, ensure compliance with ACA/COBRA/ERISA and data privacy (GDPR/HIPAA), assist audits, and recommend market-competitive solutions for scaling benefits internationally.

Own RevenueCat’s external narrative and voice: produce timely industry commentary, craft company communications, shape opinionated social posts, and amplify major product and research launches to developers, founders, and the broader app ecosystem.

Lead and develop a Customer Success team to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. Define KPIs, standardize processes, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor staff, manage strategic customer relationships, and scale CS operations leveraging CS platforms and metrics.

Support Deal Hub for design, analysis, and project management of $1M+ commercial deals for top health systems. Manage workstreams, coordinate cross-functional inputs, build pricing and ROI analyses, prepare leadership-ready materials, and drive process and enablement improvements to increase win rates and commercial execution.

Lead the Deal Desk to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product on pricing, quoting, and commercial structuring. Approve complex multi-product and enterprise deals, enforce SLAs, run deal strategy cadences, maintain CPQ/pricing tools and CRM accuracy, support compliance/audits, and enable sales with templates, training, and reporting.

Provide door hardware specification services to architects to drive sales: create hardware sets and specifications, review shop drawings, advise on product application and code compliance, coordinate access control and electrical requirements, support project meetings and sales strategy, and use CRM and specification-writing tools to maintain project communication and market knowledge.

Own the full product lifecycle for an AI-first mining platform: gather customer insights onsite, prototype in-field, define and prioritize roadmap, work closely with engineering and sales, shape standards with government partners, and scale product management processes to deliver enterprise and industrial safety/optimization features.
