As a Lead Data Scientist, you will design and implement scalable data pipelines and analytics capabilities while leading technical decisions across data workflows, ETL processes, and statistical modeling in the GCP environment.

Own sales onboarding, training, and enablement programs; create and maintain playbooks, battlecards, and demo scripts; manage RFP repository and end-to-end response process; coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Security, and Finance; track ramp and RFP performance; implement enablement and RFP tools.

Serve as strategic finance leader driving FP&A, accounting, treasury, forecasting, and capital allocation. Partner with CEO and cross-functional leaders to model scenarios, evaluate investments, optimize channel profitability (DTC, marketplaces, retail), strengthen controls and reporting, and scale the finance organization to support rapid consumer-product growth and investor engagement.

Provide technical support and debugging for Web3 customers, reproduce issues, write scripts to diagnose problems, manage refunds/Stripe, document processes, and translate escalations into actionable items for engineers.

Plan and implement Generative Engine Optimization to personalize content, analyze user behavior, run A/B and multivariate tests, perform SERP and attribution analysis, refine personas, improve UX, and measure CTR, time-on-page, and conversion metrics to reduce bounce rates.

Sell and expand Algo's UC and IP communication products through channel partners (distributors, integrators, resellers). Identify new business, build strategic relationships, support partner-led opportunities, engage customers, report sales insights, and use CRM and sales tools to drive territory growth.
